If the set of equilibrium relations among economic categories is not created in the course of economic activity , then, taking into account the initial assumption of the closed system and the given economic potential, the normal reproduction of economic categories requires a change in the transformation operators and structural relations between these categories.

Since the system exists in permanent motion because of the causal relations among economic categories, the equilibrium relations are dynamic.
